These terms govern the carriage contracts entered into via the platform between TransOceanic Wind Transport — NEWTOWT and its customers.
Maritime transport of palletised goods by sailing cargo between the ports served by NEWTOWT.
Booking is firm after confirmation by NEWTOWT (status "confirmed"). An indicative quote is provided at submission; it may be adjusted for hazardous, oversized goods or specific logistics constraints.

Any cargo falling under the IMDG Code must be declared at booking time. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) PDF must be attached. NEWTOWT reserves the right to refuse cargo whose classification is incompatible with its stowage capabilities.
In accordance with the Brussels Convention (Hague-Visby Rules), NEWTOWT's liability as a maritime carrier is capped at the applicable schedule. Cargo All-Risks insurance is recommended and can be subscribed via our partners.
Storms, embargoes, armed conflicts, pandemics, port blockades constitute force majeure events that suspend contractual obligations without indemnity.
